HOW TO CONFIGURE INTERNET ON YOUR SMART PHONE

In this post am going to show you how to configure your smart phone very easily.
Generally when you insert a new sim card into your smartphone, the phone automatically retrieves the internet setting by itself but there are some few exceptions where by its needs to be configured manually and this is usually common with samsung galaxies
Now am going to show you exactly how to configure it without taking it to any service provider office
Follow these instructions very carefully
** go to menu on the phone
** select settings
** select wireless and network
** scroll down and select mobile networks
** click on access point name apn for short
** click on the menu bar, select new apn
** at apn name you type whatever yuo want

**you type either web, internet, browse or gprs all can connect to the internet but web works best with airtel, browse with vodafone, internet with glo and mtn but all the apns can work with the network.
** now you leave everything blank and scroll down
** type 'default, spl' at authentication type
** select IP4 or IP4/IP6 at IP
**press the menu and select save
It will take you back to the prvious page and click on the small circle when you see the green dot in it means its activated you then wait for some few seconds for the "H" or "E" sign to appear near the network signal whic means you are now connected to the internet so you can now start enjoying browsing.
  I hope this was helpful.
